Our KNUT Collection

Vasari’s latest collection revolves around knots.
It's called "Knut", which means knot in Swedish.
Its designer, Mari Carmen Barbero created unique artisan jewels for our collection.

The aesthetics of knots, be them infinity knots, which have neither a beginning or an end, or perennial knots, has been present in different cultures with different styles and has always had a fascinating symbology. Whereas in Buddhism knots symbolize infinite wisdom and eternity, for the Celts the perennial knot is the symbol for love, representing the eternal union of lovers beyond time and space. Our "Knut" collection revels in this symbolism, our designs have been inspired by the textures and shapes of textile trimmings that give prominence to knots.

Our pieces are made using the goldsmithing methods of traditional high jewellers, paying utmost care to shapes and artisan finishes. All pieces of this collection are made with 18 carat gold, associated with the most beautiful gems, and have experienced a unique color treatment, which provides a luminous palette and an innovative and exclusive touch.

All our pieces have been carefully crafted, one by one, by the hands of our artisans. Some of the outstanding precious stones that can be seen in the earrings, rings, necklaces and pendants of our "Knut" collection, are amethysts, tourmalines, citrines, jades, corals and pearls, all of them already a staple in our Vasari Signature designs.
